Gucci Senior Manager, Retail Client Engagement

- Lead the planning and execution of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlet locations.
- Translate Gucci America's client engagement strategy into store-specific client plans that impact sales.
- Coordinate partnerships with Store Directors, retail leadership, and corporate client engagement teams.
- Leverage client pyramid analysis and client mapping to create retail plans.
- Review client outreach achievements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Align with corporate and field teams on client goals and annual client development plans.
- Analyze the performance and impact of client initiatives on sales and engagement.
- Collaborate with Retail Area Directors for strategy development and goal setting.
- Travel to stores to support client development growth.
- Host regional calls to communicate client direction and strategies.
- Present business area performance results related to client development.
- Identify opportunities to enhance training programs for client development.
- Create tourist development programs for key local and international tourist groups.
- Build expert knowledge of top clients and engage them with brand experiences.
- Partner with corporate teams to manage local and international client experiences.
- Develop personalized brand experiences for top clients.
- Manage top client seasonal gifting programs.
- Develop partnerships with travel, hotel, and concierge services.
- Attend events and network with clients as a brand ambassador.
- Create and manage regional client engagement events calendar and budget.
- Develop target client lists for events and manage customer experience.
- Support store teams in developing new event initiatives.
- Coordinate corporate identity preparation for in-store events.
- Manage vendor setup and event execution with documentation and feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience in Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting.
- Proven ability in client management and partnership management in B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional appreciation and understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with CRM Systems and Business Intelligence tools.
- Strategic, analytical, and relationship-building competencies.
- Ability to outline a strategic plan and prioritize recommendations.
- Confidence in presenting to senior management.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60%.

A minimum of 5 years in management roles within Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting, with a focus on client management and relationship building in both B2B and B2C environments.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $110,000 USD to $135,000 USD.
