Gucci Senior Manager, Retail Client Engagement

- Lead the planning and implementation of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlet locations.
- Translate Gucci America's client engagement strategy to align with retail business objectives.
- Coordinate partnerships with Store Directors, retail leadership, and corporate client engagement teams.
- Leverage client pyramid analysis and client mapping to develop retail plans that meet sales goals.
- Regularly review client outreach achievements and tool usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with corporate and field cross-functional teams to align on client goals and a 365-day calendar.
- Analyze performance and impact of client initiatives on sales and client development.
- Travel to stores to support client development growth.
- Lead regional calls with store teams to communicate client direction and strategies.
- Present monthly/quarterly business area performance results related to client development.
- Identify opportunities to develop stronger training programs for client development impact.
- Create tourist development programs to engage key local and international tourist groups.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience in Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting.
- Proven ability in client management and partnership management in B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with VIP clients.
- Exceptional appreciation and understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with CRM Systems and Business Intelligence tools such as Microstrategy, Siebel, Acxiom.
- Strategic, analytical, and relationship-building competencies.
- Ability to outline strategic plans and make recommendations.
- Confidence in presenting to senior management.
- Collaborative team player in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
5+ years of management experience in Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $110,000 USD to $135,000 USD.
