Gucci Senior Manager, Global Entertainment Industry Relations

- Manage and oversee all fittings in the Los Angeles market, ensuring organization, communication, and execution under the direction of the VP of Entertainment Industry Relations.
- Oversee and manage the Los Angeles showroom, including sample closet operations, sample trafficking, retail pulls and returns, and shipment logistics, with support from the LA supervisor.
- Maintain relationships with the retail network, manage sample trafficking/consignments, oversee budget reporting, and manage VIP allowances.
- Accountable for invoice processes and budget management for custom and capsule projects, as directed by the VP.
- Coordinate custom, one-of-a-kind, made-to-order, and made-to-measure sample requests.
- Research, identify, and cultivate VIP targets across all categories.
- Build and maintain relationships with celebrities, athletes, artists, influencers, publicists, agents, managers, and stylists.
- Manage and support VIPs at events, launches, photo shoots, and digital projects, including end-to-end dressing processes and logistics.
- Coordinate all Los Angeles VIP seeding initiatives, including target ideation, budget alignment, and delivery execution.
- Oversee global record keeping, reporting, and budget management for sample orders and custom projects.
- Collaborate with the global Entertainment Industry Relations team on worldwide reports, presentations, and initiatives.
- Strategize, implement, and track VIP dressing for Gucci North America and globally, in alignment with the VP.
- Liaise with the LA Studio Services department to monitor film and celebrity shopping updates.
- 6+ years of experience in VIP Relations or Entertainment within high-profile, global organizations; luxury background preferred.
- Deep understanding of the entertainment industry and strategic talent identification across fashion, art, and culture.
- Proven ability to coordinate VIP dressing with global communications offices and creative departments.
- Strong network of industry contacts, including celebrities, agents, managers, stylists, and publicists.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects and deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, adaptable to changing priorities and high-pressure situations.
A minimum of 6 years in VIP Relations or Entertainment within high-profile, global organizations, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
