- Lead, mentor, and develop the Gucci Americas PR team, fostering a high-performance culture and strong collaboration.
- Design and implement integrated communication programs to elevate brand image and drive sales.
- Align strategies with global counterparts, ensuring consistency and impact worldwide.
- Build and sustain relationships with top-tier media, influencers, and thought leaders.
- Manage influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy, aligning talent with brand values.
- Support internal and corporate communications initiatives across the Americas.
- Collaborate with merchandising, retail, and digital teams to drive business objectives.
- Manage the Gucci Americas PR budget and oversee agency partners for optimal service.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in public relations within the luxury industry.
- Proven track record of success in PR roles.
- Excellent relationships with top fashion media and industry partners.
- Strong management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, DMR, and Fashion GPS.
- Deep understanding of fashion, culture, and art.
- Ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Blend of analytical and creative skills.
- Capacity to adapt and deliver results in high-pressure environments.
Minimum of 10 years in public relations within the luxury industry, with a proven track record of success.
College Degree a plus.
Base salary range of $180,000 to $200,000, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
