Gucci Senior Direct-to-Consumer Business Manager

- Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets and platform strategies in collaboration with the line manager.
- Oversee store sales planning and operations, coordinating with performance media, digital product teams, UI/UX, digital merchandising, content management, logistics, CRM, and client services to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and enhance client experience.
- Manage the daily operations of the third-party operation team to ensure exceptional guest experiences, adherence to standard operating procedures, and efficient task completion.
- Collaborate with digital merchandising and content teams to optimize product assortment, digital assets, and stock management based on platform performance to improve conversion rates.
- Work with communication and performance media teams to effectively target audiences and drive qualified traffic to the store, optimizing store traffic and revenue.
- Coordinate with CRM, Analytics, and Client Services teams to oversee the consumer journey, ensuring excellent client experiences throughout.
- Establish strategic partnerships with vendors to identify and develop business opportunities from multiple perspectives.
- Manage third-party providers to ensure quality delivery with clear SOPs and KPIs, fostering outstanding teamwork across functions.
- Monitor and analyze luxury market trends, competitor activities, and industry intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as global counterparts.
- Proven experience in digital commerce or retail management within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, merchandising, and customer relationship management.
