Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to enhance performance with a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and support training initiatives.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying Gucci's values.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador within the community.
- Exceed individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and managing coverage during breaks.
- Maintain visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving challenging client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to create positive customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary is $20/hr CAD.
