Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback, driving business and product category goals.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members, ensuring a consistent and branded onboarding experience.
4. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service, leveraging extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
5. Attract new clients through community networking and act as a Brand Ambassador.
6. Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
7. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
8. Support daily store operations in the absence of management and handle complex client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Strong industry awareness and business acumen.

Candidates should have experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
