Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure a customer-centric approach and drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and deliver training in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying Gucci's brand values.
- Attract new clients through community networking and act as a Brand Ambassador.
- Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences that build loyalty and achieve measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
