Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure a customer-centric approach and drive sales performance.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and deliver training in collaboration with store management.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying Gucci's brand values.
6. Attract new clients through community networking and act as a Brand Ambassador.
7. Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
8. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
9. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
10. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences that build loyalty and achieve measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
