Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Represent the Gucci brand to clients, delivering a personalised, high-touch service throughout the entire customer journey.
2. Advise clients on product features, fit and styling while presenting collections according to brand visual and service standards.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM-driven follow-up to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
4. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective opportunity conversion.
5. Support store operations including merchandising, stock management, point-of-sale transactions and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
6. Contribute to in-store events, private appointments and special selling initiatives; may specialise in categories such as jewellery or watches where applicable.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique environment, with demonstrable sales results and client development.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills with polished presentation and strong commercial acumen.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
4. Professional demeanour, discretion and commitment to brand standards and client confidentiality.
5. Familiarity with CRM practices and retail KPIs; experience with jewellery or watches is advantageous for specialised profiles.

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
