Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the selling floor to ensure exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training.
- Act as a role model in delivering an exceptional client service experience.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Network within the community to attract new clients as a Brand Ambassador.
- Manage floor operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Support store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Customer service excellence.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.

Preferred experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or service-related industries.
