5. Support managers in supervising team KPIs and motivating the team to meet store goals and incentives.

7. Oversee store or department opening and closing procedures.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within luxury fashion.
2. Excellent commercial acumen and ability to build and maintain a client book.
3. Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends.
4. High flexibility and strong communication skills.
5. Team-player mentality and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
6. Fluency in English and Swedish.
