Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
- Provide exceptional client service, acting as a role model and brand ambassador.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Attract new clients through community networking.
- Manage floor operations, including opening/closing duties and organizing coverage.
- Uphold visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences and measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Base salary range is $20.76 USD to $22.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
