Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Provide exceptional client service, acting as a role model and brand ambassador.
6. Maintain extensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients through community networking.
8. Manage floor operations, including opening/closing duties and organizing coverage.
9. Uphold visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
10. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences and measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
6. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Base salary range is $20.76 USD to $22.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
