Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training initiatives.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the Gucci brand values.
6. Attract new clients through community networking and act as a Brand Ambassador.
7. Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and act as the first point of contact for client issues.
8. Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
