Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
- Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training initiatives.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the Gucci brand values.
- Attract new clients through community networking and act as a Brand Ambassador.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and act as the first point of contact for client issues.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
