Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver the highest performance through a customer-centric attitude, driving sales as a client advisor leader.
2. Partner with the Team Manager to support real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Assist in the development and growth within the team.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management, ensuring brand initiatives are clearly understood.
5. Act as a role model by providing an exceptional client service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
6. Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the products as well as Gucci history and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by being a Brand Ambassador through networking within the community.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage for the floor.
10. Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
11. Support the daily operations of the store when management is not present.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
8. Passion for the Fashion Industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $18.00 USD to $20.00 USD.
