Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance and customer-centric service.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
- Network within the community to attract new clients and act as a Brand Ambassador.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high levels of customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards according to Gucci's guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences that build loyalty and measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $17.25 USD to $18.00 USD per hour.
Eligible employees may participate in an employee benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and 401K. An incentive program is also available, subject to individual and organizational performance.
