Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional client service, acting as a role model and brand ambassador.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing staff coverage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact in the absence of management.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
