Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure high performance and customer-centric service.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager for real-time coaching to meet business and product category objectives.
- Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training aligned with brand initiatives.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the Gucci brand values.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Attract new clients through community networking and act as a Brand Ambassador.
- Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and managing coverage during breaks.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving challenging client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary is $19.00 USD/hour. Eligible employees may participate in an employee benefits program and an incentive program.
