- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring a best-in-class service experience both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- Utilize in-store technology to ensure a seamless and relevant client experience.
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client experiences through luxury gestures and product rituals.
- Engage with clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice.
- Participate in store operations such as stock maintenance and inventory management.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Passion for relationship building and people engagement.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and function as a role model.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment.
4+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $16.25/hour USD to $18/hour USD. Eligible employees may also participate in an employee benefits program and an incentive program.
