- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
- Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, luxury gestures, and product rituals.
- Employ effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude.
- Select and recommend products that match client needs and effectively utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for transactions like exchanges, returns, and repairs to ensure a positive client experience.
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating to propose effective solutions.
- Resolve common client issues and needs as the first point of contact.
- Engage clients with storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to assist in purchasing decisions.
- Attend training sessions to gain insights into product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Stay informed about fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation to provide optimal solutions.
- Combine styling knowledge with product offerings to best serve clients.
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm.
- Support consistent and branded onboarding experiences for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
- Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance, inventories, and general administration.
- Adhere to policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Process all POS transactions accurately and ensure precise capture of client information.
- Contribute to maintaining visual displays according to Gucci standards.
- Follow company grooming standards at all times.
- Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in line with corporate policies.
- Manage general store administration and functionality.
- Perform management functions at the POS, including approval of client returns and exchanges, when needed.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys, when needed.
- 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Passion for relationship building and people engagement.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity, with the ability to inspire trust and influence a team.
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teammates and act as a role model.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
- High flexibility and adaptability to different clients and complex situations.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
A minimum of 4 years in luxury fashion sales with a proven track record of success.
