Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor to ensure a customer-centric approach and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to offer real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci's heritage and values.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and address client issues as the first point of contact.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences and achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Passion for the fashion industry and awareness of industry trends.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
