Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance through customer-centric approaches.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category goals.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and conduct training in collaboration with store management.
- Provide exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the Fashion Industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Additional compensation may include commissions for eligible employees, subject to any then in-effect commission program.
