Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor to drive sales and ensure a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to offer real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Assist in the development and growth of the team, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
4. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and promoting the Gucci brand within the community.
5. Manage floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
6. Contribute to maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
7. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Passion for the fashion industry.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
