- Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to offer real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the brand's values.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Attract new clients by networking and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and managing coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Support daily store operations and address client issues in the absence of management.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to create positive customer experiences that build loyalty.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
