1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to offer real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the brand's values.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by networking and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
8. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and managing coverage.
10. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
11. Support daily store operations and address client issues in the absence of management.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to create positive customer experiences that build loyalty.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Excellent organizational skills.
9. Passion for the fashion industry.
10. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
