1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
6. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
10. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management and address any client issues that arise.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $23,000 to $25,000 annually.
