1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the selling floor to achieve optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category goals.
3. Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Provide exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by acting as a Brand Ambassador and networking within the community.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage for breaks.
10. Contribute to maintaining the visual display of all products in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Act as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
8. Passion for the Fashion Industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have prior sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $23.00 to $25.00 USD per hour, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and location.
