Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors, coordinating training with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying Gucci's brand values.
- Attract new clients by networking within the community as a Brand Ambassador.
- Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences that build loyalty.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or a service-related industry, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
The base salary range for this position is estimated to be $22.00 to $24.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and location.
