1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
5. Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
6. Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing staff coverage.
7. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
8. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving challenging client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to create positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.
6. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $22.00 USD to $25.00 USD.
