1. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both individual and store performance.
2. Serve as an exemplary model in delivering exceptional customer service by greeting, listening to, and exceeding client needs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage.
3. Attract new clients by acting as a brand ambassador through community networking.
4. Exceed individual key performance indicators by providing outstanding customer service and sales quality.
5. Collect relevant client data using company tools (CRM) to build relationships and personalize future development opportunities.
6. Maintain an up-to-date, accurate, and organized client portfolio for regular contact and tailored follow-up.
7. Engage clients with advice on fashion trends and luxury market advancements, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an extraordinary client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
9. Maintain store safety standards to ensure the security of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
10. Ensure product presentation aligns with Gucci's visual standards.
11. Participate in daily store tasks, ensuring a clean and organized stock and de-stock area.
12. Perform in-store management responsibilities: opening/closing the store, ensuring adequate floor coverage during breaks.
13. Support daily store operations in the absence of the store director.
14. Act as the primary contact for complex customer issues.
15. Support store management in achieving key performance indicators by focusing on sales quality and strong floor presence.
16. Support category activities and provide feedback to enhance performance.
17. Comply with Gucci's image requirements and guidelines.

1. Minimum of four years of experience, ideally in a similar role or customer service context.
2. Experience in staff supervision and scheduling.
3. Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
4. Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
6. Ability to analyze business needs and trends and discuss with senior management.
7. Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to different clients.
9. Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
10. Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Passion for the fashion industry.

Minimum of four years in a similar role or customer service context, with experience in staff supervision and scheduling.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
