- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both individual and store performance.
- Serve as an exemplary model in delivering exceptional customer service by greeting, listening to, and exceeding client needs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage.
- Attract new clients by acting as a brand ambassador through community networking.
- Exceed individual key performance indicators by providing outstanding customer service and sales quality.
- Collect relevant client data using company tools (CRM) to build relationships and personalize future development opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date, accurate, and organized client portfolio for regular contact and tailored follow-up.
- Engage clients with advice on fashion trends and luxury market advancements, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an extraordinary client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain store safety standards to ensure the security of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with Gucci's visual standards.
- Participate in daily store tasks, ensuring a clean and organized stock and de-stock area.
- Perform in-store management responsibilities: opening/closing the store, ensuring adequate floor coverage during breaks.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of the store director.
- Act as the primary contact for complex customer issues.
- Support store management in achieving key performance indicators by focusing on sales quality and strong floor presence.
- Support category activities and provide feedback to enhance performance.
- Comply with Gucci's image requirements and guidelines.
- Minimum of four years of experience, ideally in a similar role or customer service context.
- Experience in staff supervision and scheduling.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to analyze business needs and trends and discuss with senior management.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different clients.
- Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
Minimum of four years in a similar role or customer service context, with experience in staff supervision and scheduling.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
