- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving growth for both individual associates and the store.
- Serve as an exemplary model in delivering unparalleled customer service by welcoming, listening to, and exceeding client needs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Attract new clients by acting as a brand ambassador through community networking.
- Achieve and surpass individual KPI goals by providing exceptional customer service and sales quality.
- Collect relevant client data using company tools (CRM) to build relationships and personalize future development opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date, accurate, and organized client portfolio to regularly contact clients and provide tailored follow-up on sales or client requests.
- Engage clients with advice on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster open and constructive communication, ensuring an extraordinary experience and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Maintain store safety standards to ensure the security of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with Gucci's visual requirements.
- Participate in daily store tasks, ensuring storage and stock areas remain clean and organized.
- Perform in-store management responsibilities: opening and closing the store, ensuring adequate floor coverage during breaks.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of the director.
- Act as the primary contact for complex client issues.
- Support store management in achieving KPI objectives by focusing on sales quality and maintaining a strong floor presence.
- Support category activities and provide relevant feedback to enhance performance.
- Adhere to Gucci's image guidelines and policies.
- Minimum of four years of experience, ideally in a similar role or customer service context.
- Experience in staff supervision and scheduling.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to analyze business needs and trends and discuss with senior management.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different clients.
- Willingness to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
- Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
A minimum of four years in a similar role or within a customer service environment, with experience in staff supervision and scheduling.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
