1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors, ensuring a customer-centric approach to drive sales.
2. Collaborate with the Store Director to deliver real-time coaching and feedback, aligning with business and product category goals.
3. Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring comprehension of brand initiatives.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, acting as a role model and brand ambassador.
5. Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing staff coverage.
6. Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
7. Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact in challenging situations.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
4. Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.

Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
