Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to enhance performance through a customer-centric approach, driving sales as a client advisor leader.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management, ensuring brand initiatives are clearly understood.
- Act as a role model by delivering an exceptional client service experience, exceeding client shopping needs.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, Gucci history, and heritage.
- Attract new clients by embodying the role of a Brand Ambassador through community networking.
- Drive and surpass individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
- Contribute to maintaining the visual display of all products in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00/hour to $21.00/hour.
