1. Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a best-in-class service both in-store and remotely.
2. Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
3. Monitor KPIs and maximize selling opportunities to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
4. Provide exceptional client experiences through advanced selling skills and luxury gestures.
5. Maintain open communication with team members, fostering collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation to offer optimal solutions.
7. Support the onboarding and training of new Client Advisors in collaboration with store management.
8. Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

1. Proven experience in luxury fashion sales with an excellent track record.
2. Passion for relationship building and people engagement.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and act as a role model.
4. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
5. In-depth knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
6. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proven experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
