1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
5. Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and exceeding customer expectations.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador and networking within the community.
8. Drive and surpass individual KPI goals by maintaining high levels of customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
10. Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving challenging client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences that build loyalty and measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $17.87 USD to $19.00 USD per hour.
