1. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a welcoming and exceptional service experience from initial contact.
2. Deliver personalized, client-focused interactions to build enduring relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets by monitoring KPIs and optimizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
4. Promote open and constructive communication within the team, fostering collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
5. Facilitate a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and assist in training initiatives in collaboration with store management.
6. Execute opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to develop and maintain a client book.
3. Passion for fashion with a strong understanding of luxury fashion products and trends.
4. High flexibility and strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
5. Team-player mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.
