1. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the initial point of contact by delivering exceptional service.

3. Achieve individual and team sales targets by monitoring key performance indicators and optimizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.

5. Support the delivery of a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and assist in facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
6. Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.
