1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the initial point of contact by delivering exceptional service.
2. Provide a personalized, client-focused experience to foster enduring relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets by monitoring KPIs and optimizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
4. Promote open and constructive communication within the team, demonstrating collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
5. Support a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management.
6. Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain a client book.
3. Passion for fashion with a deep knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends.
4. High flexibility and strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse clientele.
5. Team-player mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.
