1. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable from the initial interaction by delivering exemplary service.

3. Achieve individual and team sales targets by monitoring KPIs and optimizing sales opportunities both in-store and remotely.

5. Contribute to a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and assist in facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
6. Execute opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to build and sustain a client book.
3. Passion for fashion with a comprehensive understanding of luxury fashion products and trends.
