1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve sales targets with a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
3. Facilitate the onboarding and training of new Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador to attract new clients.
5. Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures and visual merchandising.
6. Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact.

1. Experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences and achieving measurable results.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Passion for the fashion industry.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have prior experience in sales management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
