1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals consistently, driving business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with in-depth product knowledge and brand history.

4. Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
5. Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular contact and follow-up with clients.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.

5. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
