1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category goals.
3. Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors in alignment with brand initiatives.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping needs.
5. Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
6. Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
7. Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
8. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
