Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to deliver high performance through a customer-centric attitude.
2. Partner with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
3. Assist in the development and growth of the team.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors.
5. Act as a role model by providing exceptional client service.
6. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by being a Brand Ambassador.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store.
10. Contribute to maintaining visual display standards.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the Fashion Industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
10. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
