Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to drive sales and deliver customer-centric service.
2. Partner with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback.
3. Assist in team development and growth.
4. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience and facilitate training for Client Advisors.
5. Act as a role model by providing exceptional client service.
6. Demonstrate knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Attract new clients by networking within the community.
8. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store.
10. Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for difficult client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the Fashion Industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
10. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
