Gucci Senior Client Advisor

1. Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
3. Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
4. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and conduct training in alignment with store management.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their shopping expectations.
6. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
7. Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
8. Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
9. Perform floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
10. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
11. Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
12. Serve as the first point of contact for resolving challenging client issues.

1. Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
