Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and assist in training initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional client service by acting as a role model and exceeding client expectations.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge and promote Gucci's history and heritage.
- Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador and networking within the community.
- Drive and surpass individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and managing floor coverage.
- Support the visual merchandising of products according to Gucci standards.
- Assist with daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
