Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors, facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and representing the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Attract new clients through community networking and brand ambassadorship.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should possess sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, demonstrating a track record of building customer loyalty and achieving sales targets.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Additional compensation may include commissions for eligible employees, subject to any then in-effect commission program.
Eligible employees may participate in an employee benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and 401K. Additional compensation may include commissions and participation in an incentive program, subject to performance.
