Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the professional development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors, and facilitate training in alignment with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
- Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador within the community.
- Exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
