Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
- Act as a role model in client service, exceeding client expectations and building brand loyalty.
- Manage floor operations, including opening and closing duties and ensuring visual merchandising standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues in the absence of management.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences and measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
