Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve optimal performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and coordinate training in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Attract new clients by networking within the community and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by maintaining the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Support daily store operations and serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues in the absence of management.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to create positive customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
