Gucci Senior Client Advisor

- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance through customer-centric strategies.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Assist in the professional development and growth of team members.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors, facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
- Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador and networking within the community.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening and closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
- Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving difficult client issues.
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
